Once we have received your order, our team of elves get straight to work, hand making your personalised letters. We then despatch all letters using Royal Mail’s First class service. Our last order date is 21st December 2023.
For international orders, we charge a small postage fee of £2.99.
If you are ordering multiple letters, please note that we cannot guarantee that all letters will arrive at the exact same time. We would recommend waiting until all letters arrive before handing them to your little ones.
