Postage
For all UK orders under £14.99 postage is £0.99, for all orders over £14.99 postage is £1.99. We have kept postage free for as long as possible but rising Royal Mail prices have made it too difficult this year!
For all orders we will send your letter using Royal Mail 1st class and it should arrive within 5 days from that date. (unless you have ordered before November – in which case all orders are being dispatched from November 1st). You will also receive a confirmation email when the letter has been dispatched.
No, unfortunately due to the amount of lost postage and time it takes to deliver around the world it has made it inefficient for us to send outside of the UK
On the rare occasion a letter gets lost in the post and hasn’t arrived after 5 days, please email us on [email protected] with your order number and we will get another one in the post right away.
There are no planned Royal Mail strikes in 2025, if this changes we will add information here and update our website accordingly!
Orders
Your letter from Santa Claus is printed within hours of your order being placed. Please email [email protected] quoting your order reference number and what amends you need and if your Santa letter and certificate haven’t been printed, we will be able to make the changes.
Absolutely! All data remains private and secure and all letters are printed and posted here in the UK!
Please place your order before Friday the 19th December. We always encourage you to order at the earliest possible time to ensure safe delivery in time for Christmas.
The letter and certificate will arrive in our ‘North Pole’ envelopes ,these are the envelopes as you see on our website. They will be addressed to your children who’s names are on the letter unless you say otherwise on the ‘notes’ when ordering.
We now send all letters in one envelope/package to ensure all orders arrive at the same time going to the same address. Please order your letters at the same time in order for us to send them in one envelope
