If your letter is being delivered to an address in the UK then postage is free!
For international orders (these are letters being delivered outside the UK) there’s a small additional cost of £2.99.
If your order is being delivered outside of the UK it can take up to 10 working days to arrive.
Yes, we ship to most countries world wide for an additional postage fee of £2.99.
We offer same day despatch on all orders processed before 2pm, and next day after 2pm. Please check this link for Royal Mail strike information and allow for extra delivery time during times of strikes’.
Orders
Your letter from Santa Claus is printed within hours of your order being placed. Please email [email protected] quoting your order reference number and what amends you need and if your santa letter and certificate haven’t been printed, we will be able to make the changes.
To ensure your letter from Santa arrives on time, our last postage day for customers in the UK is December 21st 2023.

The letter and certificate will arrive in our ‘North Pole’ envelopes ,these are the envelopes as you see on our website.
If you would like us to put your order into another separate non ‘North Pole’ envelope we can do that for you.

- Tell us who it should be addressed to and where it should be sent
If you have ordered more than 1 letter as part of the same order, we will post them out at the same time.
Sometimes Royal Mail will deliver some letters before others, but you will usually receive the rest of your order on the following day. Unfortunately this is out of our control. Should this happen we would recommend waiting until you receive all letters before handing them to children.
If you do not receive the rest of your order the day after you received your first letter, let us know and we will repost any missing letters
